It is developing the 4.0 MW Upper Lohore Khola Small Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme in Dailekh district, Karnali Province, with a gross head of about 199 m and design discharge of 2.5 m3/s, expected to generate around 21.22 GWh annually. ULHC signed a 30-year PPA with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) on 22 March 2018; as of mid-July 2023 total expenditure was about Rs 807 million (around 85-87% progress).
