Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHCL) is a Nepali hydropower developer that built and operates the 54 MW Super Dordi Khola 'Kha' Hydropower Project (SDHPK), a run-of-river scheme located in Lamjung district, Gandaki Province, under a BOOT model. The company was established on 9 October 2007 as a private company and converted to public limited on 27 February 2019. The project holds a 35-year generation license from the Ministry of Energy and operates under a 30-year PPA with NEA, with commercial operations commencing on 22 May 2023.
